Acceptance Letters, Receipts & Visa Information

VISA INFORMATION:
We welcome participants from around the world to present at our conferences. If you are attending from outside the United States and need a visa, please visit http://travel.state.gov for information regarding securing a U.S. visa and form downloads. We are not able to provide assistance in securing a U.S. visa nor do we provide any documentation other than acceptance letters issued to accepted participants as indicated below. We suggest you secure a visa for U.S. entry prior to registering for the conference.

INVITATION LETTERS:
AABRI conferences are open to all interested participants. Consequently, invitation letters are not issued.

CONFIRMED ACCEPTANCE LETTERS:
Confirmed acceptance letters will be issued upon request to confirmed registrants only (registration form and conference fee received). Email request with confirmation number to conference@aabri.com. In order to be sent a confirmed acceptance letter you must:
  • have registered and paid for the conference
  • have a verifiable university, employer, or government issued email address.
  • Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. email addresses are not acceptable for the issuance of an acceptance letter.

    CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE LETTERS
    Conditional acceptance letters are available to individuals who are conditionally accepted for the conference but have not submitted the conference fee. In order to process a request for a conditional acceptance letter to one of our conferences, a $45.00 USD processing fee is required per letter. This fee will be refunded to individuals who register for and attend the conference. Otherwise, it is non-refundable & not transferable to another person or conference. This fee is waived for previous AABRI authors and conference participants (subject to verification). In order to be sent a conditional acceptance letter you must:
  • Have registered for the conference as a presenter.
  • Have included an abstract or manuscript with your submission
  • Have a verifyable university, employer, or government issued email address.
  • Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. email addresses are not acceptable for the issuance of an acceptance letter.

    Submit the processing fee using the following PayPal link. PayPal accepts all major credit cards. PayPal will email you a receipt shortly after payment.
    After submitting the processing fee complete the form below. If you are unable to submit via credit card you may mail a check to:

    RECEIPTS:
    Receipts for paid conference fees are automatically sent to all confirmed participants approximately one week prior to a conference. If a receipt is needed prior to that it will be issued upon request.
