Dr. Marco Garza He earned his PhD in Human Resource Development from Texas &M University. He currently serves as the Assistance Chair in the Management Department at University of Texas – Rio Grande Valley Vackar College of Business and Entrepreneurship where he researches and teaches in Leadership and Human Resources and Family Business Enterprises. Additionally, he serves as the universities Director Organization Development in the Office of Human Resources.
