Step 1: Complete and submit the registration/manuscript submission form:
All manuscripts, works-in-progress and abstracts are subject to review. Accepted manuscripts will be sent a conditional acceptance until conference fees are submitted. Upon acceptance of the manuscript/work-in-progress/abstract and receipt of conference fees a registration confirmation will be emailed.
All attending participants/presenters/coauthors must individually register for the conference to participate. Nonregistered authors of presented papers will not participate in presentations or be listed in the conference program/proceedings. There is not an attendance charge for spouses or children attending but not participating in presentations.
Select your 1st and 2nd choice of presentation times from the menus on the form.
While AABRI staff will make every effort to accomodate your first or second choice, the 110-minute sessions are limited to six 15-minute presentations per session to allow for discussion time. Only the first six confirmed registratants requesting a session will be assigned to that session. Mixed overload sessions will be scheduled accomodate late registrants. A case-only session is scheduled for Saturday morning. However, if you can not attend on Saturday, you may present your case in any track session where appropriate. If you have any scheduling conflicts, please contact us as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Session requests will not be honored or confirmed until both the conference registration form and conference fee have been received.
Information collected using the online registration form will not be shared or distributed to any organization or individual unless mandated by statute.
Step 2: Submit conference fees through PayPal:

San Antonio 2012 Conference LATE REGISTRATION Fee: $395.00
Online late registration is available from March 1 through March 21, 2012. Late registration is on a space-available basis. Late registrations will not appear in the program if recieved after it is printed. Late registrations will appear in the proceedings.
Additional paper charge for papers submitted by previously registered author: $100.00 each.
Conference Submissions: A manuscript, work-in-progress or abstract is not required to register. Individuals who want to attend the conference but not present are welcome. Please type "not presenting - attending only" in the manuscript title line on the online registration form.

Early registration discount is available until October 31, 2011. Manuscript submissions and conference registrations are accepted until February 29, 2012. Late registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis through the conference.
We welcome participants from around the world to present at our conferences. If you are attending from outside the United States and need a visa, please visit http://travel.state.gov/visa/ for information regarding securing a U.S. visa and form downloads.
Our conferences are open to any academic who wants to register. They are not invitational conferences. Consequently, we do not issue invitation letters. All submissions are acknowledged via email upon acceptance (conditional or confirmed). We only issue confirmation of acceptance letters to confirmed participants upon request after they are registered for the conference.
If a letter confirming your acceptance and registration is needed, it will be issued only after the conference participant has registered for the conference and payment has been received. There are no exceptions. Confirmation letters cannot be issued until payment has been received and conference registration is confirmed. Confirmation of acceptance letters cannot be issued to non conference participants or guests.
We are not able to provide assistance in securing a U.S. visa nor do we provide any documentation other than confirmation letters issued to confirmed participants as indicated above.
Receipts for paid conference fees will be issued upon request.
If conference fees are paid prior to conditional acceptance and the manuscript is not accepted, all conference fees paid will be promptly refunded to the payer's PayPal account.
If a refund is requested by a confirmed registrant prior to February 29, 2012, the refund request will be honored at 80% of the conference fees paid. This applies to all reasons for refund request including visa denial. We suggest that you apply for the visa before you register for the conference.
No refunds will be issued after February 29, 2012
HOTEL RESERVATION INFORMATION:
Reservations at the Drury can be made by reserving online, go to www.druryhotels.com, then enter group number of 2119840 or by calling 1-800-325-0720 and refer to the group number.
There are a limited number of rooms available at the conference rate. Reserve your room early. Once the block of conference rooms fills regular hotel rates will apply.
Hotel reservations received after February 29, 2012 will be provided on a space-available basis at regular hotel rates.
STUDENT DISCOUNT REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

AABRI organizational policy prohibits release of AABRI bank account names or numbers for electronic funds transfer. Please mail a bank check or request your bank to submit directly to the secure PayPal link.
We cannot accept any responsibility or liability for losses or damagers of any type, to conference delegates or their companions, either during, or as a direct or indirect result, of the conference. All delegates and companions are advised to review their own insurance policies and obtain any additional coverage charges as may be needed or desired.
