AABRI accepts major credit cards and PayPal payments through the secure PayPal payment system. Manuscript Submission charges, Publication Service Charges, Conference Registration Charges and Delivery Charges may be paid through PayPal's secure online portal.

If you are not familiar with PayPal payment procedures please download and review the PayPal instructions.

You will receive an email receipt from PayPal shortly after payment is made. Please email your PayPal receipt or transaction number to editorial.staff@aabri.com. AABRI will send an email notification from AABRI when your payment is recorded. Select from the following and click the Add to Cart icon to add the item to your cart:

Manuscript Submission charges (all journals)

(NOTE - A no-charge journal manuscript review is included when you register and attend an AABRI conference. Use the conference confirmation number sent to you in place of the receipt number on the manuscript submission form. The Publication Service Charge applies if the paper is accepted for publication.)

Papers exceeding 30 pages in length are reviewed with permission at the base rate selected (above) plus $5.00 per page over 30 pages.

Journal Publication Service Charges (all journals)

The publication service charge includes manuscript editing, format conversion, web coding, web hosting and linking, perpetual back up, plagiarism detection processing, COPE membership, and other activities associated with manuscript publication. Do not submit payment for the publication service charge unless you have received an acceptance notification email.

Packaged publication service charge (web & print) for manuscripts up to 10 pages. Includes web publishing of your manuscript and two (2) copies of the printed journal volume when it goes to press. See below for international shipping and package tracking. The international shipping surcharge is REQUIRED for all printed copies shipped outside the United States.

Denver 2020 second or third presenter on same paper, per additional presenter. The first presenter must be registered and paid.

Orlando 2021 early registration charge (Now - July 24, 2021

Orlando 2021 regular registration charge (July 25 through December 11, 2021)

Orlando second or third presenter on same paper, per additional presenter. The first presenter must be registered and paid.

There is no charge for a second paper presented by the same registered participant if space is available (excluding virtual). The charge for three or more papers presented by the same registered participant is $125 each paper (excluding virtual).

Journal Delivery Charges (printed journal copies only)

Standard delivery (U.S.Mail) is included in the Package Publication Charge for all printed journal copies sent to the United States, Canada and Mexico. AABRI sends the journals to the address provided by the author. AABRI suggests having the printed copies sent to a home address since mailings are frequently lost when sent to university addresses. AABRI does not accept responsibility for mailings that are not received when properly sent to the address provided by the author. A package tracking option is available below.

International Delivery Charge (REQUIRED for all printed copies sent outside the United States). Includes expedited shipping, package tracking and international processing. Shipments to North America may select this if package tracking is required.)

Copies of all AABRI journals currently available in print may be ordered
directly from the printer.

AABRI Editorial Staff Editing Charge (OPTIONAL)

When this optional item is selected, an AABRI contracted proofreader will edit submitted manuscripts, correct moderate grammatical errors and bring the manuscript into compliance with AABRI Submission Formatting Requirements for a charge of $25.00 per page (including title page, reference list, appendices). Authors not selecting this option are expected to submit their manuscripts English-grammatically correct and in compliance with the AABRI Submission Formatting Requirements. Payment of the review Charge is still required.

Please count the total number of pages submitted (including the title page, reference list, and all appendicies) and enter this total in the quantity. Manuscripts with significant English grammatical errors may not be correctable. This service does not guarantee acceptance. Manuscripts will be peer reviewed after editing.

MAIL-IN PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Individuals who do not want to pay online may mail their personal (United States accounts only) check, university check or bank cashier's check to:

Please send an email when the check is posted. State in email the author/title of the manuscript and the purpose of the check (manuscript publishing/conference). Registration will be confirmed after receipt of the completed online registration form and the check.

AABRI organizational policy prohibits release of AABRI bank account names or numbers for electronic funds transfer. Please mail a bank check or request your bank to submit directly to the secure PayPal link.
