Dianna C. Blankenship, Ph.D., J.D., is a Lecturer III at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in Brownsville. Her research interests include online juror information in Hispanic counties, online student learning preferences and practices, and the effect of procrastination on academic performance of online students.
