AABRI Submission and Publishing Charges

Manuscript Charges-

There is a manuscript submission review charge for all manuscripts submitted to an AABRI journal for consideration. This is a one-time charge and is not assessed on resubmissions. Manuscripts accepted for publication will also require a publishing service charge (below).

Manuscript Submission Charge -

The submission review charge for manuscripts up to 20 pages is $55. The review charge for manuscripts 20 - 30 pages is $95. Manuscripts exceeding 30 pages require permission prior to acceptance for review. The submission review charge will be quoted if accepted for review. The standard review time is 60 - 90 days depending on the availability of reviewers and the author's response to rewrite and resubmit requirements. COVID has extended review time significantly. Please plan accordingly

Publishing Service Charge -

A publishing service charge is required for all manuscripts accepted for journal publication. The service charge includes manuscript editing, format conversion, web coding, web hosting and linking, perpetual back up, plagiarism detection processing and charges, COPE membership, and other activities associated with manuscript publication. The service charge is based on the length of the manuscript and whether or not the author(s) desire printed copies in addition to web publishing. All manuscripts are web published. AABRI does not print publish only.

Web publishing only -

The service charge for web publishing of journal accepted manuscripts up to 10 pages long is $225. The service charge for web publishing of journal accepted manuscripts 11 to 20 pages long is $275.The service charge for web publishing of journal accepted manuscripts 21 to 30 pages long is $395.

Package Publishing (web & print) -

The service charge for web publishing and printed journals (2 copies to same address) up to 10 pages long is $325. The service charge for web publishing and printed journals (2 copies to same address) 11 to 20 pages long is $375. The service charge for web publishing and printed journals (2 copies to same address) 21 to 30 pages long is $495. Standard U.S. Mail delivery is included for all printed copies sent to the United States, Canada or Mexico. There is a $25 international shipping charge for all printed copies sent to other locations. NOTE - AABRI journals are printed after twelve manuscripts are published in an online volume or when one year has transpired since the previous volume printing, which ever comes first.

Printed Journals -

Individual copies of printed journals are available for $95 - $125 each. AABRI journals are printed after twelve manuscripts are published in an online volume or when one year has transpired since the previous volume printing, which ever comes first. Copies of AABRI journals currently in print are available directly from our publishing partner.

Conference Fees -

Conference fees vary from one conference location to another. Conference fees include conference participation and ammenities as indicated on individual conference websites and programs. Conference participation includes waiver of a journal review service charge for all paid conference participants should manuscript author/participants choose to submit their paper for review to an AABRI peer-reviewed journal. Normal publishing service charges apply if the paper is accepted for publication. See above for information about publishing service charges.
